The Story:
This is the sequel to Black Wing and is about Volka, a young Royal Air Force cadet hero, who has an atomic powered flying suit. Once more there is a dangerous mission for him to undertake, this time under the direction of the Chief of Air Intelligence. A famous scientist, who has been engaged in top-secret work connected with the development of atomic energy, has mysteriously disappeared and is thought to have been kidnapped by a foreign power wishing to gain the knowledge which only he possesses. Volka’s search for the scientist leads him, at high speed, from one great hazard to another.
